- No smoking on indoor premises

- No pets allowed

- For each reservation, the deposit is 50% of the total accommodation cost.

- In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date of a reservation
The Deposit is Refundable

– In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date of a reservation or no show, the deposit is non-refundable

In case of departure earlier than the scheduled check out, the customer is charged 50% of the remaining amount

- Free transfer service from/to the port.

On the day of your departure we will keep your things
until the arrival of the ship.

- Especially on the day of your departure
since the ship for Piraeus departs at night, a restroom and showers
next to our reception desk are available after your check out

- You can spend your day at the
beach and then shower and change in a room next to
the reception area.
